and the demand of the industry. Headquartered in New York City, with offices spread out
worldwide, several fully owned manufacturing plants and dedicated engineering and design
teams, we partner with globally recognized brands to design and create multi-material
packaging.


Description
Seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales and Key Account Manager to grow sales and
recognition of the brand. This is an opportunity to grow with the organization. The ideal
candidate is focusing on building long-term relationships, sales, and project management.
This full-time position reports to the Managing Director based in New York.
Candidates will be required to commute to the Paris office.


Responsibilities
* Actively prospect new leads and schedule video and in person meetings
* Anticipate client needs, recommending new products by articulating capabilities
* Manage and cultivate an existing portfolio of clients and prospects
* Generate meaningful and strong relationships with clients
* High-level follow up on projects and production from prospection to final delivery
* Work closely with our project managers and product developers.
The ideal candidate:
* Must have experience and strong existing relationships within the industry
* Has knowledge in the multi material packaging arena (secondary, primary, textiles,
GWP, etc...)
* Employs proactive selling and closing techniques
* Prioritizes account visits and face time
* Uses technology and data as valuable tools to stay organized and informed
* Thinks creatively about the brand and draws inspiration from across industries
* Effective communicator with a positive demeanor
* Has a track record of building and executing sales strategies based on KPIs
* Minimum of 3 years' experience selling in luxury packaging and preferably produced
in China
* Must know how to use M365 tools, CRM, ERP a plus
