The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in illustrative design and typography. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and have a background in creating visually engaging designs that effectively communicate their brand message.
Key Responsibilities as a Graphic Designer
- Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including websites and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visual content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality designs.
- Manage web design projects using WordPress and content management systems.
- Create visually compelling presentations and marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and web design tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in photography is a plus, enhancing the ability to create original visual content.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an eye for detail.
