What Will You Do?
- Sitting within the SLT heading up the agencies organic offering with the close support of the COO (who has an extensive SEO background!)
- Communicating with clients and proposing integrated strategy across SEO, content and organic social media.
- Leading a team of 10+ specialists with a focus on their development and growth
- You must be in a senior position with previous team management experience with a focus on SEO (tech & content) with commercial knowledge of integrated strategies including social media and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, improve, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies and processes for clients, bring into organic strategies across SEO and Social Media
- Managing a team who sit within SEO tech/content and Organic Social Media
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Lead, Head of SEO or SEO Director.
- Strong understanding of SEO, including technical, organic and Social Media
- Previous experience successfully managing a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience with SEO tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
