Junior Dye Sublimation Print Operator - Up to £25k (At least 1 year of printing experience needed)
Location: Trafford
Hours: Monday - Friday - Double Day Shifts (6am-2pm) / (2pm-10pm)
Key activities and responsibilities
- Operates printing presses and related machinery to produce printed materials.
- Working with various types of printing equipment.
- Load and configure printing machines with the substrate, ink etc
- Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as needed to ensure print quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machines.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and print finishers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of dye sublimation and large format printing processes and equipment.
- Proven experience within a similar role in the large / small format sector is essential.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Mechanical aptitude for operating and maintaining machinery.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing issues with the printing process.
- Communication skills for coordinating with team members.
