Large Format Print Operator
Newhaven
Salary £25k-£30k - Depending on Industry Experience
Shifts - Late Shift - Mon-Fri - 14.00-22.00 (Although a later shift is preferred, this can also be open to a day shift)
My client is a leading provider of in store POS and outdoor advertising solutions and provide to clients in the UK wide and internationally. They are on the lookout for an experienced Large Format Print Operator / Minder to join their already successful production department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up, operating and printers using EFI printers
- Progressing jobs through RIP software and outputting to the printers - Ideally Caldera RIP
- Quality checking all work ensuring it is output to the highest standard
- Liaising with the finishing department, QC work then pass to them to meet deadlines
- Routine maintenance of machinery
You will have:
- A strong background as an experienced large format print operator, ideally of operating EFI printers
- Experience of using Caldera RIP Software
- Good organisational skills and proven leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for working hours, working overtime at short notice if needed
