Overview
We are working with a fast-growing digital media agency that utilises innovative technologies to drive results. As we expand, we seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee optimising our business processes through technology. In this role, you will be at the centre of operational improvements and efficiencies across the agency, ensuring that our technology stack aligns with business needs while continuously seeking opportunities for growth and enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Oversight - Manage the implementation, administration, and optimisation of key software platforms (MS Dynamics, Monday.com, etc.), ensuring they meet evolving business needs.

Operational Process Improvement - Partner with department heads to assess business processes and develop strategies for operational efficiency and scalability using existing systems.

Horizon Scanning & Innovation - Stay informed on emerging technologies that could further streamline or enhance the company's operations, proactively proposing new solutions.

Vendor Management & Collaboration - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal support and efficient use of resources.

Systems Monitoring & Maintenance - Oversee the administration of systems, ensuring smooth operation, regular upgrades, and maintenance.

Key Skills & Experience:

· 3-5 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or a related role, preferably within a digital media agency or fast-paced business environment.

· Experience working within a Advertising or Marketing agency.

· Proven track record of driving operational improvements through technology and process optimisation.

· Strong working knowledge of business software solutions such as MS Dynamics (CRM), Monday.com, and other task management or ERP systems.

· Understanding of business process workflows and how technology can be used to enhance them.
