Our client is looking for a talented B2B Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving traffic, enhancing conversions, and expanding reach through paid channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Digital Media Director to develop strategies for client campaigns.
  • Overseeing the creation (strategy and execution) of campaigns.
  • Managing the delivery, performance, and reporting of B2B PPC, programmatic (ABM), and paid social campaigns.
  • Optimising and reporting on campaign performance using both platform data and GA4, and presenting insights and findings to clients.
  • Supporting the team in creating proposals for new business PPC briefs, which includes keyword research, establishing benchmark KPIs, proposal writing, and presenting to management, clients, or prospects.
  • Assisting the team with relevant client administration tasks, such as invoicing for media spend.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B and agency environments, particularly focused on audience acquisition and lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of paid media platforms, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Strong expertise in analytics, tracking, and tag management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign experimentation.
  • Proficiency in creating and testing audience targeting strategies.
  • Knowledge of budget management and reporting tools.
