Small Format Print Technician - Double Day Shifts
Location: Trafford, Manchester
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 DOE
Shifts: Alternating Weekly - 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Small Format Print Technician to join our production team based in Trafford, Manchester. Working in a fast-paced, high-quality print environment, you will play a key role in the preparation, finishing, and packaging of small format printed materials. Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain small format finishing equipment to a high standard

Laminating of printed materials with precision and care to ensure consistent quality

Operate CNC cutting machines accurately, working to job specifications and safety standards

Application of graphics to various substrates with attention to detail

Packing of completed jobs for dispatch, ensuring all work is secure, labelled, and meets quality control standards
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a small format digital print or print finishing environment

Hands-on experience with laminating, CNC cutting, and graphics application

Confident working with various print materials and substrates

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Good understanding of production workflow and meeting deadlines

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods

Willing and able to work rotating shifts weekly
