Who are we?
A French company specialising in the design and manufacture of high-end packaging, mainly for the
fine food, cosmetics and wine & spirits sectors. Founded in 2011, it offers tailor-made solutions, from
design to manufacturing and delivery.
Initially focused on production in Asia, they relocated part of its business to France, with a production
unit in Mâcon (Établissements Edmond) to meet the challenges of proximity and sustainability.
With offices in Paris and Hong Kong, the company combines traditional know-how with innovation to
offer premium packaging solutions tailored to market needs.
In our creative studio, designers and technicians imagine each project, box or case with an obsession
for detail and innovation. The creative team brings ideas to life by creating precise prototypes before
moving on to production.
Our creative team is expanding rapidly and we're looking for a Project Manager (M/F) to join us on
ambitious new projects. If you're passionate about packaging, printing and paper/cardboard materials,

The Person:
You will work closely with all departments (designers/engineers, developer, production coordinator,
QC & shipping team), and will help on the office organization.
You will have a 360° mission: from the creation of specifications, through the follow-up of the
production, to the final delivery.
Your tasks:
* Assist salespersons during their customer meetings / managing your own customers.
* Creation and management of specifications
* Estimate/Quotation checking and systems Data entry
* Issue sales orders
* Follow-up of timelines (and its creation)
* Manage samples,
* Logistic organization & traffic follow-up
* Administrative management
* Maintain excellent relationships with customers
Soft skills:
* Manage priorities and is organized

* Autonomous, dynamic and reactive, enjoys working in a team and has good
interpersonal skills

Hard Skills:
* Project management.
* Knowledge of printing and box construction.
* Data analysis, comfortable with numbers.
* Knowledge of supply-chain and transport incoterms.
* Computer skills: comfortable with different computer systems/softwares (Pack Office
and others). Illustrator will be helpful.
* Foreign languages: English written & spoken, additional language welcome
