Prior to working with ourselves B&K had struggled to gain the right calibre of candidate working with local agencies that were not specific to the industry.
Upon introduction to B&K we took it upon ourselves to go and meet with them to fully understand the business requirements, goals and where they had been having issues with previous suppliers.
Being a packaging specialist allowed us to immediately access a wider pool of candidates that suited their needs. The positions were technical, so additionally it helped that we had prior experience of working within this sector.
On contacting Kairos Recruitment Group a Director and Senior Recruitment Consultant travelled in excess of 60 miles each way to attend a meeting and factory tour so that recruitment needs could be established.
