The 3 main points that I was looking for when I initially interviewed with KRG were:
1. Something that could be extremely lucrative for me with both a great basic and uncapped commission structure.
2. A great working culture, with the right balance of office shenanigans and hard work.
3. A clear path of progression, knowing exactly what it is I'd need to do to make the next step up.
All 3 of these points, KRG have nailed and it's without a doubt the best job I've ever had and somewhere I can see myself working for many years to come!
I started KRG in a Trainee role and I really didn't know what to expect.. I can honestly say it has been a fantastic journey so far! I am part of an amazing team in a fun and hard working environment. We work hard and & play hard!!
KRG have a lot to offer and making good money isn't the only thing!...I joined KRG during COVID, Martin my director reached out and even though I had little experience in recruitment, he and the team welcomed me into the agency and trained me to be the recruiter I am today. There are always fun incentives which adds a twist and gets the team going. We have daily incentives to finish early or to get free food, we also have weekly incentives to WFH on Fridays and then we have the big incentives which is a holiday away the next is Dubai! In KRG, having a positive environment is key. Everyone's always working together to help each other grow and being in a non-toxic environment is awesome.
