Purpose of an Account Manager:
Key contact between the client, production team and project management team.
Professional and presentable at all times, with an approachable attitude and advanced organisation and communication skills.
Build, develop and sustain strong relationships within the Design, Brand and Category teams. Identify new business opportunities and communicate them to the Account Director for review and development.
Main Responsibilities for an Account Manager:
- Taking ownership of all projects within their project management teams.
- Workload management and raise any potential resource concerns immediately to the Account Director.
- Escalation point for PM issues.
- Critical path support for category.
- Project kick-off reviews.
- Store audit.
- Finance - Invoicing and reporting.
- Support with branding checks of artworks within the first builds.
- Support and flag coaching and training requirements.
- Support with process improvements.
- Manage absence/return to work interviews.
- Constantly strive for right first time and cost/time reduction.
- Be commercially aware at all times.
- Help promote a quality culture, and performance improvement, throughout the business.
- Adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Observe our Company Values and positively promote these within your daily activities.
