Job Summary
My client is on the look-out for an experienced and highly organised Business Director to join and lead their signage division. You will be able to efficiently manage and give strategic oversight to the everyday functions of the business whilst being a driven individual to join our sales team to support the Managing Director.
The role will require a close working partnership with the Managing Director to represent his views, action his plans and obtain his goals by working with key stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate must have a proven senior management / sales track record, ideally with previous experience in a Business Management Role, but not essential if you can demonstrate some Senior Sales experience, stand-in Business Manager qualities or the potential to become a Business Manager.
Candidates will also require at least 5-8 years' experience in a similar field. Experience in the Signage industry is essential to be considered for this role. All candidates should be expected to demonstrate experience in management of a team as well as any transferable skills.
