Colour Manager
Leeds (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Overview:
Join a global packaging and branding agency, leading colour management across major FMCG clients. This role combines technical print expertise, innovation, and commercial leadership, ensuring best-in-class colour management across partners and client workflows. You'll optimize operations, troubleshoot complex challenges, and champion industry-leading standards from design to digital shelf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align MIS roadmap with technical print and client business needs
- Drive technical excellence and implement best practices
- Troubleshoot high-level print challenges for flawless execution
- Lead client onboarding to optimized workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine ways of working
- Maintain market leadership in print innovation and efficiency
- Manage colour management specialists and oversee training materials
- Keep documentation updated and aligned with company vision
- Monitor industry trends in flexo, gravure, offset, dry offset, and digital printing
- Introduce innovations to the COO and define technical standards
Experience & Skills:
- Strong background in colour management and GMG software
- Packaging print and repro industry experience
- Proven track record managing print standards across regions and client accounts
- Experience moving internal tools to client-facing software
- People management and team development skills
- Confident presenting across Packaging, POS, and eCommerce
- Financially literate with budget and commercial target experience
- Leadership in fast-paced FMCG/service environments
- Knowledge of database systems and full campaign management
- Ability to translate complex print variables into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholder
