Installation Manager - Signage

We're recruiting an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate all signage installation activity for a well-established signage business based in Nottingham.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for planning and delivering installations safely, on time, and to a high standard, while managing installation crews and subcontractors.
The Role

Plan, schedule, and oversee signage installation projects from survey to completion

Lead, train, and manage installation teams and subcontractors

Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Coordinate with Project Management, Fabrication, Sales, and Service teams

Manage installation costs, productivity, and timelines

Act as the main point of contact for all field installation activity
About You

5+ years' experience in sign installation or field operations

Previous supervisory or management experience

Strong knowledge of signage installation methods and site requirements

Confident reading drawings and site plans

Safety-focused, organised, and decisive on site
