Job Role: Key Account Manager (packaging/ flexible film)

Hours: 9-5.30pm
Holidays: 23 days paid holiday plus statutory rising to 28 days after 5 years

The Role
We're recruiting a Key Account Manager to support the Area Sales Manager and help manage key customer accounts. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customer needs are fully met.
You'll act as the link between the customer and internal teams-managing stock, orders, and sharing relevant market updates. Over time, you'll take ownership of your own accounts. Regular customer visits are part of the role (pool cars provided).
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships

- Manage stock levels, orders, and internal communication
- Provide customers with market and product updates
- Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and spot opportunities

£35K is the OTE, basic likely around £31K dependant on experience and bonus the £3-5K, via a scheme that pays monthly and regularly.
