Production Coordination Manager

Large Format Print Industry

Salary £32k-£45k DOE

The Production Coordination Manager role is responsible for overseeing all the aspects of the production process and departmental activities. The role also requires the provision of supervisory support for a team of production staff and performing the practical role on complex jobs or in busy periods wherever necessary.

Essential Criteria (Skills & Experience):

  • Good leadership skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in the large format graphics industry is essential
  • General Practical manual skills and experience in handling tools and equipment
  • Ability to clearly communicate instructions to a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to provide practical support where necessary
  • Good Excel and MS Office knowledge and practical experience

Core Knowledge Base:

  • Knowledge and experience of large format printing processes
  • Graphics Industry knowledge is highly desired
  • Practical personal and site Health and Safety knowledge

Core Areas of Responsibility:

· Oversee the planning, scheduling and of all large format jobs

· Ensuring all jobs are complete within the deadline given.

· Development of the department and the team
