My client are a fast-growing exhibition and events company specialising in the design, production, and delivery of high-impact exhibition stands, brand activations, and live event environments across the UK and internationally. Our team combines creativity, craftsmanship, and meticulous project management to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of exhibition and event projects from concept to completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple exhibition stand and event build projects simultaneously. You will coordinate between clients, designers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organised, and enjoys working within the dynamic exhibitions industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage exhibition stand and event projects from initial brief through to installation and breakdown
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and installation teams
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Source and liaise with external suppliers and contractors
  • Ensure all health & safety, venue regulations, and compliance requirements are met
  • Attend site builds and oversee installation where required
  • Manage project documentation, updates, and reporting
  • Ensure exceptional client service and relationship management

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in exhibitions, events, or experiential marketing
  • Strong understanding of exhibition stand build processes and event production
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Experience managing budgets and suppliers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel and attend exhibition build sites when required
