My client is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Nightshift Print Minder to operate and maintain our lithographic press equipment. You will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where precision, efficiency and quality are essential.
Day to day duties of a Lithographic Print Minder:
- Operate and maintain a Heidelberg XL75 press to high production and quality standards.
- Ensure print jobs are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in general maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Support team members and cover overtime or holiday shifts when needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality controls.
- Work collaboratively with the print team and independently when required.
What they're looking for in a Lithographic Print Minder:
- Previous experience operating or assisting on a lithographic print press.
- Experience specifically with Heidelberg XL75 is a strong advantage but not essential.
- A strong work ethic with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work overtime and cover shifts as needed.
