What you'll be doing
- Operating a range of finishing machinery like a pro
- Keeping everything running smoothly with regular maintenance
- Laminating, folding, guillotining, and more no two days are the same
- Reading job tickets and specs with confidence (you know your stuff)
- Jumping in to support across departments when needed because teamwork matters
What we're looking for
- Proven, hands-on print finishing experience (cutting experience essential)
- An eagle eye for detail and the ability to spot issues before they happen
- Excitement to learn new finishing techniques (die-cutting, stitching, laminating)
- Reliability, flexibility, and pride in always meeting deadlines
