Salary: £40k-£50k (DOE)

Hours: 9AM-5:30PM

Purpose of a Project Manager:

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-value, high-profile, and complex projects, from initial brief through to final completion. This role ensures projects progress efficiently through the business by maintaining accurate documentation, fostering strong client relationships, and coordinating closely with internal teams. The Project Manager will lead meetings, monitor progress, and provide administrative support as required to guarantee exceptional service and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager:

  • Manage complex projects from initial brief to successful delivery.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation, including critical path analyses, pricing matrices, and project tracking reports.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless progression of projects across the business.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Schedule, lead, and participate in regular internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clear communication and up-to-date reporting on live projects.
  • Process orders through the MIS system to generate accurate production instructions
  • Support business operations as required, including handling incoming calls, customer enquiries, and requests.
