KRG are recruiting on behalf of a growing, social-first creative agency looking for a Senior Social Producer to lead the delivery of ambitious, high-quality social content and campaigns for household name clients.
This is a role for a producer who lives and breathes social. Someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, has exceptional creative judgement and can turn ambitious ideas into brilliantly executed shoots.
You'll be managing multiple productions at any one time, working across creative, strategy and client teams while building and maintaining a strong network of photographers, directors, DOPs, stylists, editors, set designers, creators and other specialist talent.
This isn't traditional TV or film production. The focus is firmly on social-first shoots, content and campaigns.
The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of social productions from initial brief through to final delivery, making sure every project is creatively strong, commercially sensible and delivered to a high standard.
You'll be trusted to bring your own creative perspective to the work - challenging ideas where needed, spotting opportunities to make them stronger and knowing exactly what talent, locations, crew and production approach will bring a concept to life.
It's an opportunity to become a key part of the agency's senior team, with genuine influence over how production operates and the opportunity to help shape its growing creative network.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead multiple social-first shoots and productions simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, deadlines and budgets.
- Own the end-to-end production process - from brief and treatment through to shoot, post-production and final delivery.
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy and Client Services teams to develop production approaches that work specifically for social platforms.
- Bring a strong creative eye to every project, ensuring content feels culturally relevant, visually distinctive and built for social.
- Develop treatments, mood boards, visual references, shot lists and production plans.
- Source and brief the right creative talent for each project, from photographers and directors to DOPs, stylists, editors, set designers and creators.
- Build and maintain a strong network of trusted freelance creatives, suppliers and production partners.
- Manage budgets, schedules, locations, crew, logistics and suppliers while keeping projects commercially on track.
- Lead shoots on location and confidently manage teams, talent and clients on set.
- Oversee post-production, working closely with editors and creative teams to ensure the final content delivers against the original vision.
- Stay close to emerging social formats, creators, trends and cultural moments, bringing fresh ideas into the production process.
- Identify opportunities to create more content, more efficiently, without compromising creative quality.
- Help develop production processes and ways of working as the agency continues to scale.
- Mentor and support more junior members of the production team.
The Creative Eye
We're looking for a producer who is much more than an organiser. You'll have a genuine eye for social and be able to look at a concept and understand what will make it work in-feed. You'll be comfortable contributing creatively, challenging briefs and making ideas better - while still having the production expertise to turn those ideas into reality.
You'll instinctively think about:
- Will this stop someone scrolling?
- Does the visual language feel right for the platform?
- Is the content culturally relevant?
- What could make this more distinctive?
- Is there a better creative or production approach?
- How can we get more from the shoot?
Your Creative Network
A strong existing network will be a major advantage.
You'll know who to call when a brief needs a particular visual style, director, photographer, stylist, creator or production specialist and you'll enjoy constantly discovering new talent.
We're looking for someone who is naturally plugged into the creative world and has a strong understanding of the people and talent producing exciting work across social.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience producing social-first shoots and campaigns within a creative, social, digital or advertising agency.
- A proven track record of managing multiple productions at once.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content work in-feed.
- Exceptional creative judgement and visual taste.
- Experience managing shoots from concept through to final delivery.
- A strong network of freelance creatives, production partners and suppliers.
- Confidence managing budgets, timelines, logistics and production challenges.
- Experience working directly with clients and confidently leading them through production.
- Comfortable working alongside Creative and Strategy teams and contributing to the development of ideas.
- Strong knowledge of photography, video, short-form content and social production.
- Calm, organised and solutions-focused when things inevitably change on a shoot.
- Someone who is proactive, collaborative and genuinely excited by creative work.
Importantly, we're not looking for someone whose background is primarily traditional TV, film or large-scale commercial production.
Why This Role?
- This is a chance to join an ambitious social agency at an exciting stage of its growth.
- You'll have genuine ownership over production, work with ambitious brands and creative teams, and have the freedom to bring your own ideas, contacts and approach to the role.
- You'll also have the opportunity to help shape the agency's production function as it grows - from developing processes and expanding the creative network to mentoring junior talent and influencing future hires.
- There's plenty of room for progression for someone who wants to build something rather than simply step into an established production department.
Benefits / Perks
- Hybrid working, with regular collaborative days in the agency's London studio.
- Flexibility around shoots, travel and working patterns.
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
- Christmas office closure.
- Your birthday off.
- Company sick pay.
- Regular one-to-ones and structured career development.
- Training and development opportunities.
- Company laptop and the tools you need to do your best work.
- A collaborative, low-ego culture where creativity and ideas are genuinely valued.
If you're a Senior Producer with a strong social-first background, an exceptional creative eye and a brilliant network of talent, KRG would love to hear from you.
