  • £45000 - £60000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
  • London

KRG is partnering with a boutique talent management agency entering an exciting new phase of growth. This is not a replacement hire; it is the agency's first senior appointment, created to help shape the next chapter of the business.

If you're looking for a role with real ownership, strategic influence, and long-term upside, this is a rare opportunity to build something alongside the founder.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Founding-level senior hire with direct influence on the agency's direction and growth.
  • Genuine ownership across talent strategy, commercial performance, and new business.
  • Opportunity to build and lead a team as the agency scales.
  • High visibility role representing the agency publicly across industry events, panels, podcasts, and press.
  • Ability to shape new revenue streams including podcasts, digital shows, and long-form creator projects.
  • Hybrid working with significant flexibility and autonomy.
  • 28-30 days annual leave plus public holidays.
  • 15-20% commission on net-new agency revenue you originate, designed to reward growth without impacting existing revenue lines.
  • For an exceptional candidate demonstrating transformational growth capability, the founders are open to discussing a future equity structure.

The role

You'll operate as a senior commercial and talent lead, working closely with the founder to drive both revenue growth and roster development.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the commercial success and P&L performance of the talent roster.
  • Develop and execute the agency's talent strategy across all managed creators.
  • Set and evolve talent rate cards, packaging, and commercial positioning.
  • Build and nurture senior brand relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Source, pitch, negotiate with, and sign new talent.
  • Lead day-to-day relationships with managed talent, including career development and long-term planning.
  • Drive new verticals such as podcasts, digital shows, and long-form media projects, acting as a strategic producer where required.
  • Identify and act on emerging trends across the creator economy, media, and entertainment landscape.
  • Build partnerships with production companies, platforms, publishers, and media owners.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
  • Oversee the growth of the agency's digital talent division from both a creative and commercial perspective.
  • Grow the agency's LinkedIn presence and broader industry profile.
  • Plan and lead community and networking events for creators, brands, and partners.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop future team members as the business expands.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience within talent management or creator management.
  • A proven track record of generating new business revenue and growing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong existing network across brands, agencies, production companies, platforms, and creator industry stakeholders.
  • Experience negotiating six-figure talent partnerships and long-term commercial deals.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance talent development and commercial outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Passion for creator-led businesses, digital media, podcasts, entertainment, and emerging talent.

The ideal candidate

This role would suit someone who has reached a senior level within an agency or talent business and feels constrained by hierarchy, limited progression, or lack of ownership. Here, you'll have the chance to influence strategy, build a team, create new revenue streams, and potentially participate in the long-term value you help create.
