Signage All-Rounder
Salary: £30,000
Location: Leicester / Loughborough Area

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Signage All-Rounder to join a busy and growing signage company based in the Leicester & Loughborough area.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both the production side of signage and hands-on installation work out on site. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing projects in-house as well as assisting with installations across a range of signage projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and manufacturing signage projects in-house
- Operating signage production equipment and tools
- Vinyl application and finishing
- Assisting with signage installations on customer sites
- Working from briefs and ensuring high-quality standards
- Supporting the team with day-to-day production and fitting duties
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within the signage industry
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on and practical approach
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work on-site when required
