They're now looking for another new hire in their social team - a social media content executive or senior executive to help them create incredible content for their range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative, visually compelling, and on-brand social media content across TikTok and Instagram (static, video, carousel, stories, reels, etc.)
  • Be onsite with clients at shoots creating content - usually shot on iPhone.
  • Plan shoots with clients and account managers - occasionally communicating with influencers and their teams.
  • Edit images and videos to align with client branding and ensure high-quality outputs using tools like Canva and CapCut or equivalent software.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to plan content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and business goals.
  • Research and incorporate emerging trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content remains innovative and relevant.
  • Work on the development of content strategies that drive engagement and amplify the online presence of clients.
  • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent, ensuring optimal posting times for target audiences.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a strong online community for each client.
  • Actively engage with relevant influencers, collaborators, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyse trends and KPIs to refine content creation processes continually

Requirements

Essential:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social media content creation, ideally within an agency working with the hospitality, lifestyle, or destination industries.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in content editing software (CapCut, Canva, or similar).

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of photography and/or videography, including editing.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles as they apply to social media content.
