This position is not HR or recruitment-focused - instead, it's centred on talent management, commercial growth, and hands-on development of creators in the fashion and beauty space.

You'll start by working alongside a Talent Manager working across a small, existing roster of fashion and beauty creators, while the team expand this division and build out a best-in-class portfolio of digital talent. This is a rare chance to be involved with the growth of a division, working closely with the Talent Manager to scale a key area of the business.

  • Support briefing processes by helping translate brand objectives into clear, actionable creator guidelines
  • Monitor content output to ensure it meets brand expectations, contractual requirements, and platform best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of talent activity, campaign status, and deliverables
  • Assist with troubleshooting campaign issues and proactively resolve scheduling or communication challenges
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, creator landscape shifts, and platform updates within fashion and beauty

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with digital talent, influencers, or creators (agency or brand)
  • Proven experience coordinating campaigns or projects involving external stakeholders or clients
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and creator workflows
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with talent and internal teams
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, and digital culture
