KRG are supporting a well-established talent management agency on their search for a Talent Manager who specialises in parenting and family creators! Please note that this is not a HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition role.

The agency is a respected boutique talent management business representing a carefully curated roster of content creators, athletes and models across their social and digital platforms. With a strong reputation for hands-on management, long-term career development, and strategic brand partnerships, the agency has built trusted relationships with leading brands, platforms, and media partners.

As the creator economy continues to evolve, the agency is expanding its team to further support both established and emerging parenting/ family voices. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of talent relationships play an important role in shaping the next phase of the agency's success.

This position offers hybrid working in London (2 days in office) alongside strong long-term progression opportunities within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management of a roster of parenting and family creators across social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute tailored long-term career strategies for creators, supporting audience growth and commercial positioning.
  • Identify and secure brand partnership opportunities that align with each creator's audience and personal brand.
  • Manage campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring smooth communication between creators, brands, and internal teams.
  • Explore new revenue streams including branded content, digital extensions, licensing, and media opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Identify and attract emerging creators that align with the agency's positioning and values.
  • Support negotiation of campaign fees and commercial terms.
  • Track deal flow, campaign activity, and revenue performance across the roster.
  • Manage schedules, deliverables, and professional commitments across multiple creators.
  • Contribute to the broader strategic growth of the agency and its creator network.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in talent management, working specifically with family/ parenting creators.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media landscape, particularly within the parenting and family vertical.
  • Commercially minded with experience securing brand partnerships.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and talent relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both creators and brand partners.
  • Passionate about digital storytelling, online communities, and supporting creators to build sustainable careers.
