KRG are working exclusively with an incredible talent agency who are managing some of the top names in beauty, fashion and lifestyle. They are seeking an experienced and personable Talent Manager to join the team and manage a roster of well-respected and well-known talent across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. This is a strategic role focused on managing brand partnerships, licensing deals, IP, and overall brand strategy. You will work closely with your talent to develop their personal brand, secure lucrative collaborations, and maximise their commercial opportunities - all whilst ensuring all deals you do are well aligned with your talent's long term goals and personal brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a curated roster of established fashion, beauty, and lifestyle talent (followings in the millions cross platform), ensuring their platform/ brand growth and strategic positioning.
- Develop tailored brand partnership strategies for each talent, aligning with their personal brand and career goals.
- Negotiate and secure brand collaborations, licensing agreements, and IP deals that benefit both the talent and the agency.
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, licensing agencies, and other key contacts.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent's brand image, media presence, and commercial opportunities.
- Track and report on deal performance, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximised.
- Advise and lead talent on campaign planning, content strategy, and overall career development.
- Travel to meet talent and clients as needed (typically London-based).
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in talent management in an agency at a Manager or above, specifically with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle talent. You must have experience owning a roster of talent.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with both talent and brand clients alongside an established network of contacts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term brand growth plans.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Located within a commutable distance to London - travel to meet with talent/ brands/ PRs etc is required, this is usually London based but can vary.
