  • £40000 - £45000 per annum + Bonus
  • London

KRG are currently working exclusively with a long-established London-based model and talent agency as they look to hire a Talent Manager to focus on their growing digital creator division.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected agency with both model and talent teams, and to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their content creator offering. The position is not HR or recruitment-focused - instead, it's centred on talent management, commercial growth, and hands-on development of creators in the fashion and beauty space.

You'll start by managing a small, existing roster of fashion and beauty creators, while taking ownership of expanding this division and building out a best-in-class portfolio of digital talent. This is a rare chance to lead from the front, working closely with the founder to scale a key area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop an existing roster of fashion and beauty content creators
  • Proactively identify, sign, and grow new digital talent within the space
  • Lead commercial strategy for your roster, including brand partnerships and collaborations
  • Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry stakeholders
  • Oversee contract negotiations, campaign delivery, and talent performance
  • Work closely with internal model and talent teams to maximise cross-division opportunities
  • Take ownership of the digital creator division, driving its growth and long-term direction
  • Support creators with content strategy, positioning, and personal brand development

What They're Looking For:

  • Experience managing digital talent, influencers, or content creators in the fashion/beauty space
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of securing brand partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the influencer and social media landscape
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the confidence to build and scale a division
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach - someone who thrives in a growth environment

Why This Role?

  • Join a long-established and highly reputable London agency
  • Take ownership of a growing digital talent division
  • Work directly with the founder and senior leadership
  • Strong progression path to a future "Head of" role
  • Hybrid working model with a collaborative team environment

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a role with real ownership, influence, and long-term career progression in the creator economy!
