KRG are working with a talent and model agency in central London as they look for a new Account Manager to join the team. They specialise in working with top-tier talent, predominantly in the fashion industry. Role Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Influencer/Talent Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This diverse role involves managing all aspects of talent relations, including events management, negotiation, bookings, and collaborations.

You will also work closely with partners such as PR agencies, brands, and record labels, while scouting for new talent alongside the Managing Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a mark in the talent industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage relationships with a roster of and talent, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Be involved in the planning, organisation, and execution of events to showcase our talent and enhance brand collaborations.
  • Handle negotiations and secure bookings and collaborations for talent with top brands and partners.
  • Work closely with PR agencies, brands, and record labels to facilitate successful partnerships and campaigns.
  • Identify and recruit emerging talent and influencers to join the agency.
  • Manage contracts, maintain accurate records, and ensure all logistical details are handled efficiently.
  • Join talent at bookings, events/shoots etc, (UK based and abroad)
  • Booking hair, make up and styling for talent - managing the "getting ready" process, and negotiating the rates for these artists

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience/knowledge of the fashion industry is not required but desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen eye for spotting new talent and emerging trends.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
