develop dispensing solutions for iconic brands in industries like fragrance, healthcare,
home/garden, cosmetics, and so much more. The dispensers they manufacture can be found
on some of your favourite products. When you spray your kitchen counter, wash your hair, or

About the job
The Project Manager is responsible to support Sales and Marketing Team in order to provide a
technical solution to answer to customer brief and expectation in line with our product ranges
and production practices.
The Project Manager is responsible of the flow of information to the various stakeholders to
ensure the proper awareness of the status of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that the projects are delivered on time within the scope and within budget
* Act as the interface between technical and commercial teams, and clients (including quality).
* Provide technical drawings in accordance with the brief
* Establish and manage a development schedule.
* Ensure the proper sharing of information internally and externally
* Provide technical support to customer including filling lines (consultant approach)
* Regular reviews with Supply Chain, R&D, Customer Service, Marketing
Experience & Knowledge
* Technical background in packaging design, Degree in Engineering (Packaging, Plastics).
* Minimum 1-2 years of significant experience in packaging project management, preferably in
the cosmetics industry.
* Customer Oriented.
* Needs analysis, negotiating skills, and a disciplined approach to work.
* Results-oriented, able to achieve goals independently.
* Responsive and proactive.
* Good communication skills (mainly for customers approach).
* Perfect understanding of the technical aspects of plastic packaging for beauty products,
including CAD software (Solidworks).
* Knowledge of cosmetics, airless, and fragrance packaging.
* Knowledge of product design, use of plastic materials.
* Understanding of the use of metals (primarily aluminium) is an advantage.
* Fluent English (written & spoken). Fluency in other languages (Spanish, Italian) is a plus
