We're recruiting for a Junior Print Operator to join a market-leading print and graphics business in Irlam. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and receive full training on some of the largest and most advanced print machinery in the UK.

No previous print experience is required - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

The Role

As a Junior Print Operator, you'll become part of a busy production team and receive full training across all aspects of the print process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the operation of large-format print and graphics machinery

• Preparing artwork and print files using specialist software

• Supporting the production process from start to finish

• Loading materials and assisting with print finishing

• Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets customer specifications

• Learning new machinery, processes and production techniques

• Computer literate and confident using digital systems

• Enjoys hands-on, practical work in a production environment

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Working Hours

This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm

• 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Flexibility to work both shifts is essential.
