Are you an experienced talent manager with a passion for digital talent? KRG are working with one of the top global talent management agencies with offices across New York, Los Angeles and London on their search for a strong talent manager to join their team. *Please note this role is not a HR/Recruitment position and unfortunately, applicants with this experience won't be considered at this time.

This role is a base salary and commission opportunity on a full time and permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, sign and develop a diverse roster of digital talent, guiding their career progression
  • Organise and facilitate brand partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with talent and agency goals
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound lead generation, nurturing relationships with brands, clients, and talent
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as contract negotiations, scheduling, and project timelines
  • Manage inbound inquiries and proactively identify new talent and partnership opportunities
  • Develop strategic plans for talent growth and brand alignment
  • Support talent in content planning, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis
  • Maintain organized and efficient processes to streamline workflows and maximize productivity
  • Foster a supportive, team-oriented working environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation

Requirements:

  • Previous agency experience leading a roster of digital talent or a blended roster of digital & traditional talent.
  • High billing track record with the proven ability to sign digital content creator talent.
  • If you have the ability to bring talent this is highly desired.
