Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media and Influencer Account Director to lead high-impact digital campaigns across our client portfolio. This role is social-first, requiring deep expertise in developing and executing end-to-end social media and influencer strategies - from concept through to delivery and performance analysis. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong client management experience, and is passionate about driving measurable results through content, partnerships, and data-driven decision-making. This role also involves leading cross-functional teams, managing influencer relationships, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of social media and influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across all phases-from strategy development to implementation and performance analysis.
- Serve as the primary senior point of contact for clients, managing relationships strategically and proactively to drive client satisfaction and growth.
- Develop and implement innovative, social-first strategies tailored to a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors including B2B, hospitality, F&B, consumer, corporate and more.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external influencers to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize results continuously.
- Delegate tasks effectively within the boutique agency team, ensuring quality and timely delivery while supporting a collaborative working environment.
- Bring agency-side experience and a strategic mindset to oversee multiple client accounts, balancing hands-on execution with high-level oversight.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to work onsite five days a week from our Marylebone office, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced agency culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably agency-side, with a strong focus on social-first campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships strategically as the main point of contact.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end execution of social and influencer campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with confidence using analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills; comfortable working within a small, collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work onsite full-time at our Marylebone office.
- Experience across a mix of sectors such as B2B, hospitality, F&B, consumer, or corporate is highly desirable.
- Can be an Account Director, Junior Account Director, or an experienced Senior Account Manager with strategic capabilities.
