We're looking for a highly skilled and curious creative strategist to lead, performance-focused ad campaigns across a portfolio of rapidly growing creator brands.

THE AGENCY

They work with creators to help build their brands. These creators may have specific APPs or Courses and they are looking for someone who can shape their performance strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of psychology, copywriting, and data - connecting scroll-stopping creative to measurable business results.

  • Drive Results: Own creative strategy that directly impacts CPA, ROAS, and overall ad performance.
  • Test & Learn: Build structured creative testing frameworks, identify winning angles, and iterate rapidly.
  • Craft High-Converting Copy: Write hooks, ad copy, scripts, and VSL outlines that resonate across multiple brand voices.
  • Lead Creative Briefing: Guide video editors and designers with precise, actionable briefs that result in winning ads.
  • Leverage Creative Intelligence Tools: Use platforms like Motion and Foreplay to analyze performance and track trends across the creator economy.
  • Collaborate Across Brands: Work hands-on with 5-10 diverse brands, from fitness and wellness to education and productivity.
  • Own the Metrics: Deliver weekly creative performance insights and recommendations, turning data into actionable creative decisions.

What experience you need:

  • You will have worked within the Talent/Creator space and have a really high-level, commercial understanding of this area.
  • You would have helped grow a creator's brand through organic content, working with teams to create engaging content
  • You will have been in a role, where you are very reactive to trends and engagement, understanding what works or doesn't work
