Influencer Account Manager

We're working with a fast-growing, creative agency that's looking to add an Influencer Account Manager to their team, working across an exciting portfolio of consumer and lifestyle brands.

This role would suit someone who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys building strong creator relationships, and is confident managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.


The Role

As an Influencer Account Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer campaigns across multiple clients. You'll work closely with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage influencer campaigns from briefing through to execution and reporting

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and platforms

  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers aligned to brand strategy and audience

  • Coordinate contracts, content approvals, timelines, and deliverables

  • Manage client communication and day-to-day account activity

  • Track campaign performance and produce post-campaign reports and insights

  • Work closely with internal teams across social, content, and PR


About You

  • 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, social media, or talent management

  • Agency experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working across consumer and lifestyle brands

  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware


Nice to Have

  • Experience negotiating influencer rates and contracts

  • Familiarity with influencer platforms or tools

  • Experience working with UK-based and international creators
