Paid Media Manager - Global Digital Marketing Agency (Beauty Focus)


Brighton (Hybrid | 1-2 days in office per month

I'm currently partnering with a high-performing, internationally focused digital marketing agency that specialises in helping ambitious brands scale across global markets.

With a unique model that blends in-house expertise and a global network of local market specialists, they deliver culturally intelligent campaigns that truly resonate in-region - across a variety of sectors.

They are now looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and activation across a small portfolio of global beauty clients.

The Role
This is a hands-on yet strategic role, where you'll take ownership of paid media performance across international markets. You'll be managing end-to-end campaign delivery while also contributing to wider strategic direction.

You'll work closely with internal teams and local market experts to ensure campaigns are both globally aligned and locally relevant.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading paid media strategy and execution across 1-2 global beauty clients

  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and paid social (Meta & TikTok)

  • Driving performance across key e-commerce metrics including ROAS, CPA, and revenue growth

  • Planning and activating campaigns across multiple international markets

  • Collaborating with local market experts to ensure cultural relevance and performance optimisation

  • Analysing performance data, identifying trends, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness

  • Working closely with client services teams to align on strategy and reporting

  • Presenting insights and recommendations to clients with confidence

What They're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a paid media role within a digital marketing agency

  • Strong experience working with beauty or lifestyle brands

  • Hands-on expertise across Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta & TikTok)

  • Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape and performance metrics

  • Experience managing campaigns across international markets / global brands

  • Ability to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on activation

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to clients
