About the Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Senior Content Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety - one day you'll be storyboarding a short-form video for a leading hospitality brand, the next you'll be on-site capturing behind-the-scenes content for a global automotive client.

The role will focus on creating standout short-form content for a blend of consumer and corporate clients, bringing ideas to life through powerful visuals and storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with our in-house creative studio and consultants, working across a high-profile portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver creative, social-first content across multiple platforms.
  • Support and manage on-site shoot days, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reflects the client's brand.
  • Create engaging copy for campaigns, social content, and marketing materials.
  • Edit and repurpose content using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support both corporate and consumer accounts, adapting tone and storytelling to suit each audience.
  • Lead on social campaign content creation for selected clients, from concept to delivery.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to creative strategy and campaign planning sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Travel regularly for shoot days across the UK.

About You

  • A creative storyteller who's passionate about producing content that connects and inspires.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-moving team.
  • Comfortable travelling for shoots and client projects, often representing the agency on-site.
  • Skilled in short-form video, social-first content, and copywriting.
  • Sharp eye for detail, strong sense of visual aesthetics, and brand tone of voice.
  • Proficient with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop (experience with the Adobe Suite is a plus).

Requitements:

  • Agency/Consultancy experince - working across a portfolio of different clients.
  • 2+ years experince in content creation.
  • Portfolio demonstrating content work with commercial clients.
