Senior Paid Media Analyst | £32k- £34k
Brighton (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)
I am currently partnering with a highly regarded full-service digital marketing agency based in the heart of Brighton, who are looking to add a Senior Paid Media Analyst to their growing Paid Media team.

The role would suit someone with strong Paid Search experience who enjoys both the analytical and strategic side of paid media and is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive agency environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, while also having the opportunity to further develop your exposure to Paid Social campaigns across Meta.
Working closely with internal Organic, Creative, Data and Tech teams, you'll help deliver integrated campaign strategies that drive measurable client performance.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation

Managing budgets, bidding strategies and KPI delivery including CPA and ROAS

Conducting keyword, audience and competitor research

Producing campaign reports and delivering actionable insights to clients

Supporting attribution and tracking through GA4, GTM and enhanced conversions

Running A/B testing across ads, audiences and landing pages

Collaborating with wider teams on integrated digital strategies

Acting as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics 4

Experience managing Search campaigns

Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and campaign optimisation

Strong analytical mindset and confidence interpreting data

Excellent communication and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience across Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, eCommerce campaigns or Google Merchant Center would be advantageous but isn't essential.
